In Satsang Detail: 1. Morning Prayer (Joel's Requests) The Morning Prayer is a prayer of total surrender to Divine Presence that also honours the longings (or requests) as they arise in our individual consciousness.
In any case let yourself feel the impact of the words as you go along. 2. Morning Prayer (Your Requests) This version of The Morning Prayer replaces Joel’s requests with a section of silence, in which you can express the specifics of your own requests. The cue for you to begin is: ‘and here is my request’. You can be as specific or general as feels good. At the end of the silent period a chime sounds, and Joel returns to close the prayer. Pause playback at the chime if you have more to express. Regular use of this prayer is a powerful practice that can bring an abundance of well-being into your life. 3. Heaven & Earth Guided Meditation
Ideally, sit yourself comfortably, in an upright position with your feet on the floor, and back supported. Make sure you have enough ‘undisturbed’ time. Heaven

is great for giving
yourself time out from a busy mind and
bringing you into stillness, whether it’s
after work or maybe the morning school run –
it can set you up for the rest of the day. It’s
also great when you find yourself feeling
unsteady, as it grounds you and brings you
back to the context of who you really are.
For example, after a difficult relationship
interaction, where you seem to have lost your
self, or where you’re suffering from the
reverberations of what’s happened. If you feel spaced out, anxious, fearful, or even hyper – this meditation can really help you settle into the still peace and presence of what’s here – bringing you to a more resourceful and more connected point of action. |
